The fates of Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn lie in the hands of two special referees plus a bunch of title matches

Randy Orton and Shinsuke Nakamura with Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan as special referees (Owens and Zayn will be fired if they lose): How much fun would it be if Owens and Zayn lost the match and returned as a masked tag team?

Matt Wilansky is here to recap the action as it happens, with match ratings and more from ESPN Stats & Information's Sean Coyle. The belt is in the right place and given the recent fall that Jinder took at the hands of Triple H, all signs point to the belt staying in that rightful place - around the waist of AJ Styles. Night of Champions is shaping up to be an early Christmas present for some on the card while for others it could be like getting coal in their stocking. Challengers are at their peaks chasing or the titles and the champions have to watch their every step.

The SmackDown Tag Team division, arguably the best group of superstars on Tuesday nights, will feature four teams going head-to-head for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships.

It would be a real swerve to find out McMahon was helping Owens and Zayn all along and it would allow for an easy way to set up their victory (seeing as Shane is the referee).

In their PPV debut with this new gimmick "The Bludgeon Brothers", Luke Harper and Erick Rowan are heavily favored at -2150 to defeat Breezango.

The Usos vs The New Day vs Shelton Benjamin & Chad Gable vs Rusev & Aiden English. With this feud just starting, Rawley should come out of this on top. And The Riott Squad and Carmella will play intriguing X-factors during Flair vs. Natalya. While Zack Ryder was being interviewed in the ring, Rawley attacked him from behind and said that the Hype Bros were dead.

Along with this, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn will fight to keep their jobs.

The only idea worse than a heel Shane McMahon is a heel Daniel Bryan.

Baron Corbin is favored to retain the United States Championship at -385 and Bobby Roode has odds of +375 of winning that title. From a storyline standpoint, AJ's win on Sunday will wrap up his business with Mahal and he'll look to bigger and better things like the Royal Rumble and the build to a major match at WrestleMania 34. Bryan is one of the most beloved stars on the WWE roster.
