An arrest warrant has been filed for former National Football League offensive lineman Jonathan Martin in Los Angeles on four charges of making criminal threats and one charge of possessing a loaded firearm, TMZ reports.

A law enforcement source told KABC-TV in Los Angeles earlier this month that Martin was in a mental health facility.

Now, authorities have reportedly charged Martin with four counts of making criminal threats, and one count of possessing a loaded firearm, per TMZ Sports. People aren't taking posts that suggest violence lightly these days, especially when they're made shortly after the Parkland, Florida shooting. Los Angeles Police Dept. spokesman Josh Rubenstein said a warrant has been issued for his arrest and that police have been in contact with Martin's attorney. He tagged two of his former Dolphins teammates-Richie Incognito and Mike Pouncey-and two high school classmates in the post, along with the name of his school.

Harvard-Westlake School, which shut down for a day after the Instagram post, filed a workplace-violence-prevention restraining order against Martin on March 1. Harvard-Westlake canceled classes last month in response to the post. While searching Martin's vehicle after his arrest, Los Angeles police reportedly found a loaded shotgun, a knife and an ax, on top of another shotgun at his parents' home.

Former NFL offensive tackle Jonathan Martin turned himself into police Thursday.
