Seconds after he announced that, Kanye revealed a second album, this one with Kid Cudi.

He followed up those tweets with two more artists and calendar dates - Teyana Taylor on June 22 and Pusha T May 25. Folks have been speculating about West's forthcoming album for a while now, with the media placing him with Rick Rubin recently, the executive producer for Yeezy's last two albums.

Taking to his newly-resurrected Twitter account to share the news, the muso said the first project - which appears to be a seven-track solo project - will drop on June 1.

When Kanye West tweets, the world listens.

Sounding a typically bullish note, he added: 'No publisher or publicist will tell me what to put where or how many pages to write'. "This is not a financial opportunity this is an innate need to be expressive".

As previously reported, Kanye told his interior design collaborator Axel Vervoordt in The Hollywood Reporter that he's now writing a philosophy book, titled Break the Simulation.

Prior to Kanye taking to Twitter with all of his announcements today, TMZ caught up to famed radio host, Charlamange who confirm that he'd been allowed to preview West's latest project.
