Cast members shooed parade attendees away from the malfunctioning float, and a Disney employee extinguished the flames.

Millions from across the globe have witnessed the Magic Kingdom's Festival of Fantasy parade at Disney World in Orlando.

Unfortunately, one of Disney World's fantastical monstrosities missed the memo Friday afternoon when its own head caught on fire.

Reedy Creek fire department responded to the incident, but the flame was already out. Videos from the scene show flames and plumes of black smoke rising from the robotic dragon's head.

A Disney spokeswoman says no injuries were reported, and park officials were still trying to determine what went wrong. No word on what will happen to the dragon float, but I hope they fix it and continue with this parade.

The daily 12-minute parade has been a fixture at the theme park for the past four years.

In the usual performance of the parade, the dragon's head shoots a blast of fire from its nose, timed to the parade's score. It includes several themed floats carrying many Disney characters, ranging from the royal "Frozen" sisters to Mickey Mouse.
