QB finally answers questions about his injured knee

Packers taking it day by day with Aaron Rodgers

It's the $134 million question: Will Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers play this Sunday against the Vikings?

Rodgers suffered a knee injury in week one and although he came back in the second half and led the Packers to a victory against the Chicago Bears he is still questionable for this game.

Well, cornerback Kevin King summed up the energy at Lambeau Field in an NSFW tweet that's simply flawless. It will be warmer outside than it was for that contest, but the fans will likely be chilly toward Barr whether Rodgers gets the green light to play or not.

"Haven't even thought about that", Rodgers said when asked if he had confidence in Kizer if the backup needed to start. "You're just taking it one day at a time". "He'll be given the whole week to get ready".

Rodgers said he was feeling progressively better over the last couple days, though still sore. "We'll take it day by day and learn as we go".

"He's always responded, puts a lot of extra time in", McCarthy told reporters.

Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer was not shy about the fact his team will be preparing for the future Hall of Fame quarterback.

"I would say it's day by day", McCarthy said on Wednesday.
