The second-largest fire, the Hill Fire, also prompted evacuations after it charred around 10,000 acres in Ventura County through Thursday afternoon.

Unfortunately, Caitlyn Jenner - who was previously married to Kris Jenner, mother of the Kardashian siblings - lost her Malibu home to the fires.

Later in the night, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star posted a picture of her with her three children.

CNN reports that five people have since been killed from the wildfire as more than 2,200 firefighters fight to battle it down.

Kardashian is not the only member of her family to be displaced by the fires, as her sister Khloe and Kourtney were also forced to flee their homes as well, with Khloe revealing that she had gone to stay with their brother Rob.

Actress and activist Alyssa Milano was displaced by the Hill fire earlier in the evening on Thursday, updating her fans via social media as well.

In her Instagram story, Kardashian initially captured the Woolsey fire from above while riding in a private plane. "I pray everyone is safe", she wrote in one story with an aerial image overlooking the sweeping fire. "Thank you for all that you do for us!" she wrote alongside another video.

Smoke could be seen over the area where a vigil was held last night for the victims of the shooting at the Borderline Bar and Grill on Wednesday night.

Two large brush fires caused 75,000 homes to be placed under evacuation orders along the border of Ventura and Los Angeles counties.

Almost 500 miles away in northern California, the town of Paradise was left "pretty much destroyed" by a raging wildfires.

According to TMZ, Kim was returning from a visit to San Quentin Prison in northern California when she spotted the blaze.

She retweeted an opinion article from the New York Times titled "Justice Delayed, With a Life on the Line".
