Ford Impresses At SEMA 2016

SEMA 2016 was nothing short of amazing pimped up builds but the Ford Focus RS from Roush Performance seemed to turn heads with its interesting design and performance capability.

This vehicle was equipped with upgrades so extreme that none of its previous version had. A regular Focus RS produces 350 horsepower from its 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine, whereas the Roush’s model stood at an astounding 500 horsepower.

The Roush Focus RS is fitted with a new engine block from Ford Performance and it also received several ECU modifications.

The model also received new slotted brake rotors and an improved cooling setup.

Besides that, Roush Focus RS is equipped with Roush’s 3-way adjustable suspension with camber plates. It also sports 19-inch Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires.

Exterior wise, the model is designed with a front splitter and it also has a custom rear wing. The vehicle comes with a new diffuser as well as custom graphics, painted wing mirrors and air extractors buried in its hood.

Sounds impressive, right? As amazing as that sounds, there is still no news on whether Roush is planning to offer all these goodness to consumers.
