Honda Civic Type-R Might Land On North American Soil

By  |

With the Detroit Auto Show happening just around the corner, there’s also the more important question that would have many enthusiasts wondering about one of the year’s most talked-about cars: will the Honda Civic Type-R hatchback reach North American soil?

Sure, we’re aware that Honda indeed launched the current Type-R last year in Europe, and even presented the concept at the 2014 Paris Motor Show. And the fact that the Type-R Coupe concept (as shown above) featured at the Tokyo Motor Show recently; but they were all not satisfying enough for the enthusiasts’ thirst for Honda’s new range. Although what we’ve known so far is that Honda will be debuting its new Ridgeline and the Acura Precision, a third headline wouldn’t come off as a surprise for many.

Well, for what it’s worth, we’re pretty sure Honda’s not going to disappoint us big time. We hope there’s more to report next week, when the Detroit Auto Show officially starts on the 11th of January!
