HTC 10 Promises Unrivaled Quality For Selfie Addiction

The front-facing camera of a smartphone has become more if not as important as its primary rear-facing unit, and HTC understands that. Now, this may sound like a sponsored article, but I assure you it isn’t.

Its purpose its just to point out that HTC has pointed out through a half-minute video advert that the HTC 10 is the only smartphone with an ‘ultra selfie’ camera.

For those who haven’t a clue what the ‘ultra’ means, it doesn’t actually refer to the UltraPixel setup of the brand’s cameras, although they are so.

What HTC is trying to communicate is that its new flagship is the first with optical image stabilization (OIS) for its 5MP selfie shooter.

For those who aren’t familiar with what OIS does, it basically renders jittery hands and all the shaking that usually blur up still shots as non-issues. As its name implies, OIS stabilizes images so that the end product of any snapshot is crystal clear.
