LG V10 Not Left Out – Here Comes Marshmallow!

By  |

With all the hype surrounding the LG G5, how it wows with its modular design, and how it is basically the only notable flagship with removable battery, it is easy to forget that the LG V10 is actually made as a 2016 device.

For those on the big and heavy device, there is no reason to feel left out as LG still remembers you guys.

Yes, it may be late, but V10 users on T-Mobile are receiving the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update over-the-air (OTA).

As such, the battery life woes caused by a measly 3,000mAh pack can be resolved by better energy management from the new Doze Mode feature. Other cool stuff include a new app permissions system and Google Now On Tap among others.

Released in October 2015, the LG V10 is a hefty 5.7-inch phablet with a secondary ticker screen and a Quad HD display. It is powered by a Snapdragon 808 processor, 4GB RAM, and comes with a 16MP f/1.8 camera backed by optical image stabilization along with a 5MP dual front-facing shooter.
