Mitsubishi To Offer New SUVs Every Year Until 2021

There’s no denying that people were indeed saddened by the fact that the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo would be discontinued, but the automaker has better plans. What you’ll be expecting soon is for Mitsubishi to expand its model range to provide more SUVs, well, until 2021 that is.

But seems like their reasoning to carry out this idea is attempting to become “a niche manufacturer”. Well, guess we couldn’t blame them for feeling this way since there are so many more premium SUV brands out there in the auto industry. The B-SUV would be the first in line to arrive on the US shores, and it’s expected for a 2018 release.

Another SUV placed above the one mentioned, would be another new crossover having been slotted between the ASX and the Outlander. That alone already would make it standout, since it’s going to end up replacing the current compact. So, really, there’s that to look forward to.

And since Mitsubishi claims that the SUVs would “look like an SUV” as it comes with 7-seaters, we’d have to take a look at it ourselves. But then again, we can’t wait for it as well.
